Cheadle YFC Program

January

Wednesday 4th – Cheadle YFC Club Business Meeting @ The White Lion, Dilhorne. Meeting is to start at 8.15pm prompt.

Monday 9th – County Quiz @ The Saracens Head, Weston. Cheadle have entered this competition. Members to sign in at 7.45pm.

Wednesday 11th – Public Speaking Practice with Vanessa Rowlinson, 8pm @ Vanessa’s (Stalkers Cottage, Hollington)

Thursday 12th – Ten-pin Bowling Competition in Stafford. Cheadle have entered this competition. Members to sign in at 7.30pm

Saturday 14th – Staffordshire YFC’s ‘WillyWonka’ Ball! @ The Ingestre Suite, County Showground. 9pm-1.30am. Tickets in advance for members are £15 (non-members £18), this includes Bulge Disco, Chocolate Fountains and Hog Roast!

Wednesday 18th– Cheadle YFC Trip to Quasar in Stafford. Meeting on Cheadle car park at 7.30pm.

Friday 20th – Cheadle YFC Winking Man Disco! See poster for details.

Wednesday 25th – Cheadle YFC Social and Drinks @ The Blacksmiths Arms, Kingsley Holt, 8pm. Everybody Welcome!

February

Wednesday 1st – Public Speaking Practice with Vanessa Rowlinson, 8pm @ Vanessa’s

Thursday 2nd – “One Great Big Social Night” and County New Members Evening! A fun night for everyone, please encourage potential members to come along and see what YFC is all about! The StaffordshirePavilion, County Showground, 8pm. (Posters are available from either Sally Plant or the County Office)

Wednesday 9th – More Public Speaking Practice with Vanessa Rowlinson for those who want it.

Sunday 12th – Public Speaking Day! County Showground, 9am

Wednesday 15th – Cheadle YFC trip to the cinema. Meeting on Cheadle car park at 7.30pm

Sunday 19th – Clay Pigeon Shooting Competition (Details to follow)

Wednesday 22nd – Cheadle YFC Bingo Night! The White Lion, Dilhorne. Starts 8pm prompt. Everyone welcome! See poster for details.

Wednesday 22nd – Cheadle YFC Flower Arranging Night with our very own Vicky Nicholls! 8pm, Venue dependent on number of people wanting to participate. Let us know if you’re interested!

March

Wednesday 7th – Cheadle YFCPamper/Film night, something a bit different, with two trained beauticians in our club we thought why not?! We will also be watching a film, so bring your ideas along for the show floats! Vicky’s House, 8pm.

Saturday 10th – Fence Erecting Competition (Details to follow)

Saturday 10th – Diamonds Are Forever (County Dinner Dance) Celebrating 60years of Staffordshire YFC. The Ingestre Suite, County Showground, Stafford. Tickets are £26, which includes… drinks reception, 4 course dinner, Bruce Salt Disco and Casino. Booking Forms are available from either Sally Plant or the County Office

Wednesday 14th – Cheadle YFC Business Meeting @ The Sneyd Arms, Whiston, starting 8.15pm prompt.

Wednesday 21st – Cheadle YFC Quiz Night! The Sneyd Arms, Whiston, 8pm. All proceeds to go to the Douglas Macmillan Hospice. See poster for details.
